| Notifications | New rate notifications weren’t delivered on the 20th April 2024 and the 21st. This was related to an issue with the third party that handles push notifications. A workaround for these issues was put into place on the 22nd. The third party resolved the issues with normal rate notifications on the 25th April 2024. All new rate notifications are now working as usual again. | |

* Carbon intensity data for the 20th and 22nd October 2023 is incomplete in the official ESO Carbon Intensity API. Data for the 21st is entirely missing. For these dates, the missing national carbon values and the fuel mix have been calculated by Smarthound are are available within the Octopus Watch app. Regional data is more intricate. The regional carbon values have been inferred, but the regional fuel mix is set to the national fuel mix where values are missing.
